Meiner Meinung nach fehlten jedoch Annehmlichkeiten. Es gab nur ein (fast leeres) Toilettenpapier und keinen Nachschub. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war sehr schwach. Und es gab überhaupt keine Badezimmermatten. Wir hatten also keine Ausnahme, außer nach dem Duschen einen nassen Boden. Es gab kein Spülmittel und keinen Schwamm. Wir...

"My two friends and I (plus two dogs) had a great stay here. Katrin was friendly and communicative. The property had enough room for the dogs to run around and lots of space indoors for dining and relaxing. There are also a number of shops within 30 minutes driving. The house was warm and inviting. The only recommendation I’d give is to bring your own pillows if you are particular. Otherwise everything was perfect! Would come again and would recommend to friends and family."

"Perfectly located for arriving by car and visiting Wismar. Parking was easy and free. We had a superior room which was very spacious with a large bathroom. The room had every facility you could want. Very pleased that there were no cushions on the bed, good quality bed linen and towels, charging points beside the bed and lots of storage space. The staff were lovely and the service was good, as was the breakfast. We had no complaints at all. "

"We had an enjoyable family stay, the property is in good condition and fantastic location. Breakfast offering is the highlight. Opportunities for improvement are around family-friendliness and more proactive customer service- check-In was very cold and abrupt, almost intimidating - service in the restaurant better but again lacking of some basic elements of customer friendliness, engagement with children etc."
