"If you don't golf, we would not recommend staying at this property. When we arrived it was quite crowded and it was not easy to park. We had to get a second room, as the first one was a climb of several flights of stairs. The restaurant food was nothing to write home about. We stayed here thinking it would be convenient to the Travemunde ferry, which it was not. It was quite far away. Again, if you don't golf, don't stay here is all I can say. Not worth it. "

"Overall we liked the hotel, spacious room, comfy bed and welcoming staff. Fabulous pool area and we tried the tapas restaurant for dinner and it was excellent. What didn’t go well. I used chat function to advise we would bring our dog and got a response this was no problem. When we arrived at 17:30 they had no record of this. They were nice about it and brought a dog kit to our room shortly after check in. Our room was not completely set up, no robes, slippers or towels for the room. Toiletries...

"wir waren mit 4 Personen für ein Wochenende in der OG-Wohnung des Hauses und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und die Wohnung ist sehr schön und vor Allem sehr sauber. Man erreicht alles (Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten...) in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir würden das Haus Lackner zu 100% weiterempfehlen. "

"Schoenes Hotel, aber ich haette mir gewuenscht, dass es gluten freies Brot gibt und wenn nicht dann rechtzeitig Bescheid gesagt wird. Ich hatte extra nachgefragt. Ich bekam die Nachricht, als wir schon unterwegs waren. 12 Euro fuers Parken finde ich zuviel und die Miniflaschen mit Duschgel und Shampoo sind nicht mehr zeitgerecht. Abfall vermeiden mit Wand montierten Flaschen, finde ich deutlich besser. Davon abgesehen: schoenes Zimmer, tolle Lage, gutes Fruehstueck und auch eine sehr schoene...

"COVID-19 times, so things were not as expected. Honestly the hotel was not up to par during these difficult times and it was noticeable. All around the mood of some few unhappy guests affected the staff and the other guests. Things did not run smoothly nor was the hotel organized enough to enforce the rules all around. It was quite a disappointing stay for the money paid. At least the sea view in the room was nice."
