Well i payed for it with the amenities that there are, and the sauna wasn't working for the entire stay, and there were people in the hot tub that I wanted to use, and they were in it for like 45 minutes drinking alcoholic beverages and loud.i had to go tell staff to get them out of the tub and to bring there drinks with them. Was not very impressed, for the staff can see on the camera what was going on and just left it till I went to find them to remove the intoxicated people that were in it too long

Dogs barking in the hallway at 6am. Kids running in and out of rooms, down the hallways and the pool. The tires on the luggage trolley were low air.

The Front desk Clerk Noor was friendly and very helpful. We did have a problem with an odd odour in the room provided and he came to check it out and moved us immediately to another room, he even came with us to check it out. Thank you Noor!

Got there after 3, took my wife to dinner after dropping our bags !!!??? Will NEVER give our business again

Convenient breakfast, nice pool and hot tub, pleasant cooperative staff, choice of refreshing detox water at reception, all make the stay better. The bar could be very noisy though until late at night, particularly if there is a large group and you have an accessible room on the ground floor and need some sleep after a long drive. Location is a plus next to Walmart, Dollarama and shopping and dining.

It was your average hotel when it comes to cleanliness, condition, amenities and location. Staff were friendly and professional. I did not use the pool, nor did I have breakfast, so I can’t comment on those. The walls and ceilings must not be well insulated though, because the noise was next level loud. It sounded like the guest above me had their tv the loudest it could go and it went on until 12am. The room next to me had guests with a dog that barked most of the night. Children were running and yelling in the hallway late into the evening. Maybe it was a one off for me since I stayed on a holiday.
