"The Brooklodge is a beautiful hotel and the grounds are immaculate and lovely to walk around. It is a lovely old style building with a separate building called "brookhall" that has rooms and a geothermal pool. There is an amazing restaurant called the Strawberry tree restaurant, a great leisure centre. Overall, i think it is a little gem and off the beaten track but it is a must see. There is also a lovely quaint looking church beside a river stream-ideal for weddings. "

"How fun to stay in a castle! This one is accessible but still luxurious. We didn't have time to take advantage of the gorgeous golf course or spa services, but the fine dining restaurant for dinner, breakfast and grounds were everything we were hoping for and more. Would highly recommend and hope to go back!"
