Juan Jose (the owner), was extremely friendly and helpful and is a master of Google Translate! He provided recommendations for restaurants and quickly resolved a couple of minor issues. The property was very clean and compact with comfortable beds. Quiet friendly neighbourhood, with nearest bar and restaurants approximately 20 minute walk or a 3 minute drive. All in all a pleasant peaceful stay.

Overall cleanless and standard's of property excellent, lack of information on area and how things work in property would have been helpful but property manager answered questions and queries via WhatsApp prompley. Would have been helpful to gave plastic glasses ect to use by the pool . Lack of pool cover was an issue as pool became dirty over night and let the heat out after the days sunlight .

Couldn't have been better!!
The house is simply fantastic.It has two bedrooms plus a sofa bed. The kitchen has all the tools you might need to cook or bake. The house is bright and although not too big , its size is perfect for a couple. We stayed there for one week and I wish I had stayed longer. Juan Jesus, the owner, is simply fantastic, always helpful and willing to make your stay unforgettable. Tinajo is located 20 minutes away from the airport and 30 minutes away from any point of the island by car. There are several restaurants that are at a short driving distance from the house. I specially recommend the Gulliver restaurant for its Tapas. Overall, I would gladly recommend this property for its location and comfort. I will definetly come back to stay here!

Très bon hébergement
Bon rapport qualité prix. Hébergement très agréable : bonne literie, cuisine bien équipée (mais pas de lave vaisselle), barbecue, jolie petite piscine. Jesus est très disponible : ne pas hésiter à lui faire signe pour avoir des recommandations ou lui demander quelque chose pour l appartement. Seul point un peu négatif : la vue du salon sur le terrain du voisin est un peu moyenne Enfin bonne localisation : centrale donc pratique pour rayonner sur tout l île. Dans Tinajo donc juste à côté : un petit supermarché très bien achalandé, deux boulangeries, des restos... Bref très bon séjour, merci Jesus !

Schöne Unterkunft
Wir haben die zwei Wochen in der Unterkunft sehr genossen. Alles war gepflegt und der Vermieter war super nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Mit einem Mietauto ist der Standort sehr angenehm und man gelangt schnell an jeden Ort der Insel.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié l'emplacement pour parcourir l'ile. Nous avons profité de la piscine car bien chauffée environ à 28 degrés. Juan Jesus est très sympathique. Nous avons séjourné 11 jours, mais nous serions resté plus avec plaisir. Muchas gracias Juan Jesus , hasta luego.

Calme et à l'abri des regards
Jesús est aux petits soins. Il est disponible et de bons conseils. La maison est idéale pour un couple avec ou sans enfants. Le calme du lieu, la piscine privée et sont accessibilité en font un lieu à privilégier sur Lanzarote.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Sehr nette Vermieter. Einziger Nachteil, die Agentur verschlüsselte Telefonnr. des Mieters, so dass eine Kommunikation erschwert wurde. Gerne wieder.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und neu eingerichtet und der Pool im Innenhof ist windgeschützt und auf ca. 26 Grad beheizt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, man gelangt in 20 Minuten zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Vermieter wohnt im Anbau und ist daher jederzeit bei Problemen erreichbar. Dennoch genießt man absolute Privatspähre, der Vermieter ist sehr nett und versorgt einen mit akutellen Informationen und Ratschlägen. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Unser einziger Wunsch für nächstes Mal: Schüsseln oder Schalen für Salat oder Müsli.

Realmente lamento tener que dejar una valoración tan pobre, he esperado durante un mes que este asunto estuviese resuelto antes de dejar el comentario, pero ya me cansé. El alojamiento en sí tiene escasas pegas, quizá una ligera falta de mantenimiento y limpieza pero en general bien, es una buena casa para pasar unos dias, equipada con lo necesario y contando con piscina privada lo cual la hace destacar. Juan Jesús fue muy atento y servicial desde un principio, mientras que todo fue bien… Pero llegaron los problemas, tras un temporal que dejó lluvias intensas en Lanzarote durante varios días. La mañana de nuestro penúltimo día (26 Septiembre) despertamos con multiples goteras y una riada de agua entrando desde la puerta de entrada, que no tenía ningún tipo de guarda. Intentamos contener las fugas y literalmente salvar los muebles como fue posible, pero las goteras se extendían, y llegado el punto nos tuvimos que plantear salir de allí y buscar alojamiento alternativo para la última noche, por supuesto de nuestro bolsillo. Tras hablarlo con Juan Jesús se disculpó por la situación y acordamos que nos reembolsaría el coste de la última noche sin problema. Entiendo que no es su culpa que llueva de manera tan inusual, pero sí es su responsabilidad que la casa esté bien acondicionada/mantenida. En cualquier caso los imprevistos son eso, imprevistos, y para estas cosas existen los seguros, con lo que no le dimos más importancia y marchamos como acordamos. Pues bien, de esto hace ya un mes, y aun sigo esperando a recibir el reembolso que Juan Jesús nos prometió, aunque a estas alturas queda poca esperanza. En todo este tiempo no he tenido ningún tipo de actualización ni información salvo cuando he ido preguntando personalmente semana tras semana, y lo único que he obtenido han sido largas y excusas. Casualmente justo acabo de leer la última valoración anterior a esta, que intuyo es de quién reservó este alojamiento para los dias inmediatamente posteriores a nuestra estancia, sin ningún conocimiento de que la casa seguía inhabitable hasta el mismo día de su llegada. Invito a todos a leerla también ya que da una idea redonda de como nuestro anfitrión ha gestionado el asunto. En fin, una pena.

No pudimos entrar en el alojamiento
Teníamos el viaje previsto para el martes, el lunes escribí por la mañana al propietario para ver a que hora teníamos que hacer el check in. Me respondió a las 12 de la noche preguntándome a que hora llegábamos. Le respondí a las 4 de la mañana del martes que llegaríamos a Lanzarote a las 11h. Una vez en Lanzarote me llega un mensaje del propietario en que me dice que el alojamiento está indispuesto porque tiene goteras en el tejado debido a las fuertes lluvias de los últimos días (cuando el día anterior no había llovido) y tuvimos que buscar un nuevo alojamiento por nuestra cuenta en el aeropuerto recién aterrizados. Una verguenza debido a que se miró la casa el mismo día, de no haber sido así podríamos haber tenido 24-48h para buscar una nueva estancia, no en el aeropuerto in situ. Entendemos que no es culpa suya que lloviese, pero si que no revisara la casa con anterioridad.

La maison est encore meilleure que sur les photos. Elle est très agréable et reposante. La piscine est très grande, plus grande que certains hôtels. Nous avons été très bien accueilli. L'hôte est extrêmement gentil.

Mejor aún de lo que se ve en las fotos. Mucha tranquilidad, la casa perfecta, todo nuevo e impecable. Juan Jesús atento en todo momento, sin duda trata muy bien a sus huéspedes. Repetiremos muy pronto, esta vez más días!!
