When you advertise breakfast you damn well better have it. And it what world does a hotel charge for parking? If you don't do room service for short stays everything else better be great. I use Sonesta almost every week. Rethinking that now.

The hotel it self was nice but the staff the asst manager certain Mr smith was rude and racist. I was being charged for dog fee wherein this visit was more than 6 x visit of this hotel in other areas. I was asked to sign to paper for the dog even it’s a service dog and confirm no charges. But upon check out I was charged of $150. I am explaining to the asst manager but he throw the invoice on the other counter as saying I am causing the delay of the other guests who are also checking out. Hope the management should take a look on this behavior of their staff saying as I am a asst manager. I don’t think this is a proper behavior of a manager.

Heads up to pet owners: While this is a pet friendly hotel, the fee is $150 per stay whether it’s a week or a single night. The area surrounding the hotel offers plenty of grassy lawns to run around in, and most people pick up after their pets. The Applebees next door was a perfect spot for family meals, with a very friendly and diverse staff.
