Just down the street at Pisa Marina is a wonderful walkeay on the sea with shops. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and groceriea. Roberto was very kind and efficient and helpful."

"This is a truly beautiful house with long views down to Lucca and olive groves all around. It is well-furnished and we slept really soundly. "We are a group of 12 retired friends traveling first time in Tuscany. Villa Buonamici was the perfect accommodation for us. It is very close to the gate to the walled city center, literally only minutes away. The accommodations were exactly as described. Checkin/out was very easy and convenient. Our trip to Tuscany included stays in four separate locations and Villa Buonamici was by far our favorite. Do yourself a favor and stay at this Villa, you won’t be disappointed."

"My husband and I drove from Naples to enjoy the beautiful Tuscany scenery amidst our travels throughout Italy. Unbeknownst to us, GPS guided us on a much different path than we expected. A narrow winding unpaved trail up the mountain side was not what we expected and we decided to work our way down before getting stuck on the mountain path with a flat tire. When I called Marco to let him know that we would be delayed, he quickly came to the rescue and picked us up and drove us to the villa....

"Set inside a visitor park, at first we were disappointed by the location. It is actually behind private property signs in its own area (better fencing and signage would improve it). It is quiet (especially during the week) and with gorgeous views. The pool is a few strides from the house, rather than attached, but is pleasant and unusual.
