"This is a oasis or calm and tranquilly just metres away from the hustle and bustle of a major route through the old city medina. The host and hostess were a delight, very friendly and accommodating. Although their English was on par with my French, we managed with humour and good grace. They were prepared to get up early and make a breakfast before I left. "The Riad building and grounds are in traditional Moroccan style and decor. Our room (Deluxe Suite) was quite spacious. We've stayed for 3 nights and our room was cleaned daily, bed linens and even the bathrobes were changed daily. "We had a super smooth and friendly check-in. Our comfort was the top concern of the kind man at reception - he was incredibly helpful and accommodating - customer service was his priority. Our room was lovely - a corner room with a wrap-around balcony. Room temperature was warm and cozy for the chilly Moroccan night. "Hotel is ok location...close enough to the train station and new town. A bit of a walk to the medina. The staff were friendly. My room was on the 1st floor just above the bar and bar terrace so the noise was very loud until midnight or someones 1am. So dont expect any sleep before things close up. However i did find a fantastic little cafe close by - Breizh Cafe which is so friendly and does the best well food....all brilliantly priced!"
