Beautiful new hotel, in a great location that was very clean and quiet. The reception staff were very helpful. I would recommend this hotel. The only thing that would have made it better was if they offered coffee in the morning.

Room: small modern room but lacked ventilation and air conditioning. We stayed during a cool weekend, but would not recommend this location during a heat wave. The amenities only included 1 soap and 1 shampoo for 2 people and 2 nights with only 1 roll of toilet paper. Parking: there are 2 parking spots onsite and you must reserve directly through them to have access to reserve one of their two parking spots. There is metered street parking or a parking lot a block away (15 pesos per hour). Cleanliness: biggest issue with the room were the towels. They reeked of mold and we had the towels changed, and the “fresh” towels still smelled horrible. They smelled like stinky feet with dark mold spots, and when held in the light, had light pink/orange mold patches. Bring your own towel.

El hotel está en muy buen estado y la habitación fue muy cómoda y limpia, solo podría reclamarles que les mande múltiples correos o mensajes sabiendo que no contaban con estacionamiento para pedir información sobre donde dejaría mi coche y no tuve respuesta

stuvo muy bien pero le falta o bien una cafeteria para tomar un cafe o the en la mañana o en la noche o bien una cafetarita en el cuarto para hacer lo propio sobre todo en la mañana que los lugares para desayunar abren mas tarde,

Excelente sitio, excelente ubicación, el hotel es de muy muy alta calidad porque es nuevo tiene un año la atención de las personas que ahí laboran es inmejorable, son gente muy jóvenes, pero con una gran actitud y servicio altamente recomendable indiscutiblemente voy a regresar

Me dieron un trato muy amable y una excelente atención en lo que necesite, mi única recomendación sería que utilicen otro tipo de calentadores para el agua, porque tarda en calentarse y se desperdicia mucho. Por lo demás está todo muy bien ☺️🙌
