"The room is not so big, but it should be considered as a spacious room in Japan. It is clean and the location is good. A big shopping mall, AEON, is within few minutes walk. The hotel is offering parking and spa onsite free. Everything is good except the toilet is too high from the floor in the bedroom floor. For aged or kids, it's maybe not friendly."

I have personal incidents that required last minute booking and hotel staff are so accomidating and understanding about the situation where they reseve a room for me and indicate if i need to cancel it before required time that they will do the refund. "This hotel was literally steps away from the shinkansen/subway station, which was a huge reason why I chose this hotel since we were here for days trips and a visit to the Toyota Automobile Museum. This is a nice budget hotel with standard size Japanese hotel rooms. The staff was very nice and helped us with our luggage transfers. I had a very nice stay at this hotel!"
