To use the community amenities, passes can be purchased for $12 per person per day. June 28- September-15 yearly.

We pride ourselves and we put a special effort to carefully select the cleaning ingredients we use to disinfect our home and only use FDA tested products.

Hypoallergenic Atmosphere:

Our space is carefully curated to minimize allergens. With hypoallergenic bedding, air purifiers, and strict no-pet and no-smoking policies, we offer a safe haven for those with sensitivities.

↟ BEDROOMS ↟

Little Cub Villa comfortably accommodates 7 guests but can accommodate 8. In this 3 bedroom beautifully decorated home, two of the bedrooms feature’s a comfortable queen- sized bed that has a modern elegant flair, featuring warm tones and natural light. All night lamps have USB plugs. The third bedroom offers two twin beds, often used for our little travelers with a playpen and highchair available. We have air-conditioners in all 3 bedroom and 1 in the game-room.

Our 7th guest has an option of using the twin size futon in the living room and the 8th guest can use our full-size Air mattress or camp cot. This cozy but modern themed home offers modest light and transcends you to kick into your vacation mantra.

Freshen up in one of the 2 full bathrooms. Both bathroom s offers a shower/tub combo and easily conforms for a family’s everyday use with ample space. These two bathrooms are recently renovated to the house’s modern look.

All bathrooms offer plenty of linens and are stocked with your sample size bath time essentials for your first night stay.

Enjoy cooking in a kitchen that offers all the quality utensils and cookware needed to feel right at home. Think: all the pots & pans, serving trays, Air fryer and bakeware you need to whip up a meal to remember.

Enjoy a thoughtfully designed caffeine station – complete with single serve Keurig Coffee machine. We offer a 1st day supply of coffee (4 Pods), 4 selection of Stash teas so we can start your morning in the Pocono mountains off right!

The dining Room seats 6 guests and there’s plenty of space outside on the picnic table for big group meals and game nights. The dining room is centered between the kitchen, living room and the game area, making your mealtimes truly a special experience indoor or outdoor.

Our living room is the heart and center of the home. With our modern comfy futon couch, plush large comfy chair, kick back and watch tv on our 55-inch smart TV. This space is also shared with the gaming section of the home. In addition, it’s a great place to keep an eye on the children while cooking, eating dinner or enjoying family time in the living room. During the day will leave you flooded with natural light.

Enjoy our bonus game room! Located past the living room, our game room features one retro gaming console sand PACAMANIA( includes 14 Games) and a 5 ft pool table.

Enjoy and game to the wee hours of the night or spend quality family night playing for the title "Winner winner chicken dinner!

↟ OUTDOOR SPACE ↟

The deck is the perfect venue for entertaining family and friends. The wrap around deck offers seating with tables and chairs and comes equipped with a BBQ grill. Our grilling equipment is found in or by the grill.

In addition we also have an hanging children’s obstacle course so you can watch the children entertain and hang around.

Besides having our deck amenities, our front yard also offers a picnic table for the family and fire pit with 6 Pollywood Adirondack chairs. Our firepit creates many memories, from making smores, telling campfire stories, reading a good book or enjoying the sounds and serenity of nature.

If you are interested in using the Club house, pools, restaurant, tennis courts etc., there are amenity badges for purchase at the Welcome Center at the time of Check-In.

Amenity passes are priced as follows (ages 3 and above) and paid for on-site at the Welcome Center.
