Loved the location and the property. Yes as other reviews mentioned there are roosters close by, but they provide earplugs. The stairs are very narrow but doable. Amazing views from the rooftop, pool and decor is excellent, bed comfortable and room spacious. The best part was Araceli, very helpful and kind.

I loved the uniqueness of the building itself - lots of areas to lounge and hangout or work. From the roof top with beautiful sunsets and a place to relax to the pool side - all well layout and beautiful. Our hostess especially made the place fell so homey and welcoming - she is a gem! Step outside and all the shops and restaurants are there. With a car you can get out of town and explore - check out the nearby green room restaurant on the beach, sunset and whales 🐳 Local taco stands win the reward for best 🌮 food in my mind! Enjoy! Will be back

Such a great property, comfortable room. Property includes kitchen (breakfast option), private pool, rooftop deck with hot tub and fantastic views. Located in town, close to boutique shopping and food. Host was very attentive. Had a great stay.

i really loved my stay at baja house. it's a beautiful property & close to everything. the pool & jacuzzi are lovely and my room was comfortable. i didn't mind the roosters crowing or the music from the restaurant. but there are ear plugs & a sound machine to help. it's close to a lot of stores & restaurants and the bus station where you can get taxis. i was able see everything i hoped for.

The space was merely picture perfect. Very comfortable and met all expectations. Very close to all that Todos Sa tos has to offer. I will be coming back again for sure. I wish only that they had a heater. It was pretty cold during the night And if you are planning to drive a car, street parking the best option.

The whole place exceeded my expectations! We had such an amazing time. We slept well through the roosters making their racket, It just became part of the ambience. So many birds making music. Not a lot of city or party sounds, mostly birds. Which is so nice. The host was so sweet and attentive. The place is even better in person than it is in pictures. We cannot wait to come back here!!

Baja House was amazing! We were immediately wowed and impressed by how well thought out the amenities and conveniences were for guests. Yes, there are roosters and Mexican roosters are not like US roosters, they enjoy socializing and dancing until the wee hours. The ear plugs provided by Baja House were all we needed for a sound slumber. And honestly, an early rise is the best in such a charming town. Allows one to get the lay of the land and find all the best eateries with no crowded streets or corridors. Thank you Baja House, we will be back soon.

Exactly what we were hoping for!
This place was everything we were hoping it would be for a stay in Todos Santos. We were looking for quaint with character that fits the vibe of Todos Santos, but with some modern touches and this place delivered. It was so cute...great little private pool, rooftop hot tub and open air lounge area, comfortable clean rooms with an overall earthy deserty oasisy type of feel, and right in the heart of the center of town within stones throw distance of all the galleries, cafes, plazas and attractions. Once we parked our rental car, we never got back in it until we left. We didn't use any of the advertised services such as the breakfast add-on so can't speak to that, but we overall loved it here, will definitely check to see if available next time we come.

This was our first time staying at this property, and we were very happy with the accommodations. The room and property were very clean, but basic. The only downside was the traffic noise on the street which went on until late in the evening. Maybe a different room would be quieter. There was a white noise machine in the room, so that helped some, but apparently they realize it is necessary. The bed was comfortable, and the wood floor was very creeky, but I guess that adds to the character. We could walk to everything in town, which was a plus, and parking on the street was easy.

Everything was great and we loved our stay but the communication was a little odd - I received an email saying we could get breakfast for $10 each but when I requested it, didn’t hear back. I also wasn’t sure of our room number but when I checked the reservation request, realized it was there, but again never had an answer back. Would definitely stay again though and recommend it.

It’s a very central location in an interesting building. If you have large bags the tiny stairs make you feel like you are climbing up to a bell tower. It was very difficult to get up to the top floor. The staircases are like an MC Esher design. The rooms are nicely designed but are quite compact. There is a hot tub on the top floor but it wasn’t ‘hot’ and was so full of chlorine my eyes burned. The biggest issue is that a multiple rooster and chicken pen is right below the rooms on a vacant lot. Forget about leaving the window open. They provide ear plugs and a white nose machine but these roosters are relentless and crow all night long. I barely slept and it never stopped. If you are a light sleeper it likely is not a good option for you. Overall it’s a very nice design but for the price you would hope for a good rest. Todos Santos is very expensive everywhere and at $250 a night the views are great, but not a spot to catch up on sleep.
