This resort is Clean! The Social Club has awesome view and food! The chairs need to be cleaned-Lot of Dog Hair! We had booked a suite so our view was amazing ! We were on the second floor and the people above us were running …. Need better sound proofing ! I waited for 3 hours and then called the front desk and the response was “Our Quite time is 11:00PM” my original request was the top floor as we are light sleepers and light Walkers! Overall the suite was good but Expensive for off season ! View and beach location was the highlight ! The hotel needs to do better job on Signage as GPS ends your arrival to location few meters which is total different property and if you are driving at night you would be confused as I was confused at 3:00 pm! Signage definitely needs improvement!

Beautiful property. Stunning beach setting. Only complaint is that it was a very special stay... for my sons 1yr death anniversary, and the room was very dirty. Brought the concerns to front end staff, and they were quick to take care of it, however it could have and should have been all avoidable to begin with. Considering the situation, i feel as though some sort of compensation is not out of the question!!

Disappointed no hot jacuzzi/tub Buffet breakfast of scrambled eggs (from a bag) and not fresh was predictable ad tastes. everything was cold. The no bath robes policy was unexpected for the price. Room also didn’t have ammentes like blankets . Staff were peasant and helpful.

Although the restaurant staff were amazing, the hotel front desk staff were not friendly, helpful, or attentive. We had to wait for 30 minutes, while the front desk person was on the phone with someone. He did not acknowledge or apologize for making us wait for so long.

We liked our room was warm when we got there as was cold wet day when we arrived . The Wi-Fi was not good the days we spent there also Tv was intermittent .The hot tub was cold ,last day breakfast no milk for our coffee .
