Very nice hotel. I've stayed here more than once. Great views! Very good location. Family Mart a short walk away!
They only change the linens every 4th night unless you request a change, which is fine with me, but they didn't even make my bed which is basic housekeeping. Need to improve their service if I'm going to stay here again.

"A very thoughtful set up and breakfast is way better than how they advertised it. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Free shuttle to Kawaguchigo station but only 20 min walk if you want to do it. A 7 min walk to a grocery stores which open kind of late at 9am. Not too many restaurants around so plan ..."
