This hotel is across from a Mcdonalds, and very close to the Fukutoshin metro line. Great if you want a late night snack, and travel to Shibuya and Ikebukuro is very easy. The hotel room is clean and has everything you need, although it may be feel very small for some foreigner guests. Staff was welcoming and were able to help in English. Check out is at 10am, which I thought was a bit early and inconvenient. You can pay 2000 jpy to extend by one hour and check out at 11am. I thought this was expensive, and not very customer friendly. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay.

There is only one elevator no option for stairs. The breakfast is not great and the room cleaning was not the best. I would not recommend staying here.

The hotel room was reserved for 2 people and it was extremely small. Very limited space, just tiny all the way around and the address was very hard to find.

The room is small. But they had two free bottle of water. That was nice! We liked the breakfast buffet. Traditional Japanese style and some bread too.

The place is clean and they give you your towels and other personal care every day. Though the room is quite small with the location and the cost I think it is reasonable.
