Rooms were small but clean with all the amenities. Great location in Shinjuku (about a 8-10 min walk to Shinjuku station) but close to all the amazing madness. Continental breakfast included and free drinks (alcoholic and non) from 5-9pm. Would definitely recommend for people to stay here!

Close to city core and only a 13min walk. The location close to subway stops as well as 1-2 train stops away from Shibuya and Harajuku station. Stayed at a room with three separate beds and the room was bigger than expected. It is also only a 6min taxi ride from shinjuku bus terminal where you can take the the limousine bus to and from the airports

Place is a dump. Main lobby has a disgusting coffee machine with trash and boxes piled up behind it. They don’t provide bars of soap or lotion in the bathrooms, staff is very rude. WiFi is awful. I’m never one to complain but you’d be better off sleeping on the street outside.

We travelled as a group of 3 and overall enjoyed our stay here. It is about a 8-12min walk to the nearest train station in any direction. It is about 10minutes to the closest shopping and restaurant as well. The hotel is situated in a quieter area, given the above. Our room was cleaned only if you placed the magnet on the door asking for cleaning services; otherwise a bag was left on the door handle with clean towels and toileteries, which was appreciated. We were able to send our luggage to this hotel through luggage delivery services without issues. There is light snacks/beverages in the lobby, limited seating but not too bad if you're there in the early AM (7AM-8AM).

Overall very solid. Good location, nice common areas. While doesnt have the amenities of higher star hotels, they maximize what they have (free breakfast, coffee machine, wine hour, good laundry room). Street can be a bit noisy (sirens).
