The facilities are magnificent with a wonderful and helpful staff. There is a Lawsons Convenient store in hotel that doesn’t price gouge, which makes grabbing a quick cheap breakfast, drinks or a snack after a day at Disney super easy and quick. The free shuttle to Tokyo Disney and Disneysea was super helpful. Like most places I’ve stayed at, the laundry room is small: three washers, three dryers and one washer/dryer, but there is a super convenient coin laundry just 2 short blocks away.

Our family of four absolutely loved the easy access to bus and train station. Laundromat was on site, and there was also around the corner, 3mins walk. We found the free shuttle to DisneyLand and DisneySea very convenient. Absolutely love the service…. Beautiful staff. To top it off, their Breakfast was amazing! Thank you for the hospitality and service Comfort Suites.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Staff were friendly, warm and welcoming. Room was so spacious, comfortable beds and water pressure in shower was amazing. Favorite stay of Japan trip. Love the Lawsons located on the main floor! Great to have the shuttle to Disney parks.

My family and I stayed here with children, very convenient great staff. LAWSONS attached to the hotel made it easy for snacks. Transportation from opening until close of both Disney parks we loved out stay here breakfast was also excellent; we will deffinetly stay here again on our next Tokyo Disney trip.

The hotel is super clean and the stuff is very professional and helpful. It's located close to Disney parks and has frequent shuttle bus to the parks for hotel customers to use for free. Strongly recommended for those visiting Disney Japan!

This place was a great location to end our trip to Japan. They had a free shuttle to the airport and to Tokyo Disney, which made it very convenient if you were going to Tokyo Disney. The place was over the top, and it was terrific. However, the biggest downside of this location was not the tourism that comes there, but the three elevators they had were the most significant daily bottleneck. Getting up and down was nearly impossible, and there were always enormous lineups for breakfast, but my experience was terrific, and I would go there and stay there as bad as other hotels are

Great stay! The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and we appreciated the convenient shuttle to the Disney parks. We also loved the convenience store attached to the lobby. Made it easy for a quick meal and snacks.
