High quality amenities (shaver, lotions, hair dryer) . Loved the dinosaur automated check in/out. Free breakfast had delicious food. free coffee/beverage cookies all afternoon. Free cocktails in the evening. All made a relaxing environment. We will stay here again soon.

A big bonus that this hotel offers free shuttle to Disney Tokyo and Disney Sea. It offers free breakfast. I like the convenience that this hotel is located in an area with many dining options and markets. Close to train station as well.

Average kind of stay, fine for what we needed.
It was quite average. The dinosaur robots are only for check in and are a mimic as opposed to actually useful. They just say some words but mainly the check in is just on the screen, which is in most hotels in Tokyo anyway. The breakfast was quite nice, but needed bread, I think, to make it good. The "serve yourself" cocktails was a nice surprise, although mixer was thin on the ground, not much of it, which I think would be needed most so please add more mixer I think. The rooms clean and fine but no TV. We couldn't get Chromecast to work and no other way to watch really. So that was naff.

I really love the hotel, especially when you come in and are greeted by the dinosaurs. The breakfast and open bar Was great. Our room was very clean. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. I would definitely come back again.

This is very different from an American hotel so don’t come here with those expectations. The rooms are clean and efficient with a great little lounge area for breakfast, afternoon snacks, and evening drinks. The dinosaurs are a unique touch. They read what is on the check in and check out screens but do not hold a conversation beyond that. I found the hotel to be quiet and the area around it safe and walkable. If you plan to use the shuttle to Disney be careful to follow all of the rules and line up early. Note the time of the last bus from the park which will require you make a decision to either stay for the fireworks show as the park closes and miss the bus or get a ride back to the hotel. It is nice that should you miss the bus it is located next to taxi stands.
