I was feeling unwell one evening and the front desk staff were so helpful in looking after me and arranging for an ambulance. I really appreciate everything they did, particularly I am guessing the senior member of the front desk staff.

The proximity to the airport is convenient. Having to go from terminal 3 to terminal 1 to catch the shuttle with all of our luggage was a tad daunting but definitely doable. The staff were nice and the rooms felt mostly clean. There is a family mart within a block to the hotel which was nice for snacks and breakfast. Some of the furniture in the room was chipped and falling apart but nothing crazy. I’d stay again.
