The corner room was totally worth it. I was nervous being directly over the train tracks for Tokyo Station. No need. No noise! No sirens, no traffic noise, no sirens...quietest night in a big city hotel I've ever had! I ended up being enthralled by the views of the trains and the city in general. Being right by Tokyo Station was also fantastic for easily getting around. Really enjoyed the restaurant too. The breakfast buffet was perfect. Lots of options. Lunch was part buffet and part being served. Dinner was completely sit down service. All of it was awesome. Super nice staff too. Was very happy with this we would absolutely stay here again.

We love this hotel. Conveniently right outside the doors of the Tokyo Station Yaesu North Exit. And the limousine bus to the Haneda and Narita Airport leaves from the building next door. Only a less than 5mins walk from the hotel, again, convenient when you have bags and suitcases. We are from the restaurants in the Tokyo station, and from the Bellmart Kiosk and Lawson next door. The hotel was excellent, facilities was amazing! We would definitely recommend.

Beautiful building. Spacious rooms (we had a 2 bed room). Stunning architecture. Tasteful decor. The bed's mattress was a bit hard for my liking, My friend also thinks it was somewhat too firm. We like memory foam mattresses. But overall we thought the hotel is excellent. In fact my friend is going back to Tokyo soon - with his wife - and they will be staying there. Unfortunately, we did not have time to experience the restaurant at the hotel, so no opinion there.

It was very convenient to get to since it's close to Kyoto station. It was also really easy to check in/out since they have automated kiosks. 2 big malls close to the hotel as well. 1 at Kyoto station and 1 called Aeon mall just about a 5 min walk away.

Wife and I were in Tokyo for vacation. Hotel was beautiful, service was great, location next to Tokyo train station was ideal to get anywhere in Tokyo by train. This will be our hotel of choice when we return. No complaints.

Overall, a great property with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is well-equipped, featuring convenient amenities like a laundry room that enhance the guest experience. The customer service was truly outstanding. My only concern is that the rooms are quite small, but that’s typical in Japan. Additionally, I suggest upgrading the room interiors to better align with the modern, welcoming ambiance of the lobby.
