The place was fantastic. We had one issue. The entrance light wouldn’t turn off. Apparently this is a non-issue because I went to the reception area and the lady gave me a black taped cardboard and some tape to put in over the light. lol. We were so tired from jet lag for the 2 nights we stayed there, it wasn’t a real bother. In normal circumstances this would have annoyed a lot of people. Please note that we were a family of 4. 2 teen agers and 2 adults. They had 2 cots available for the 2 kids meanwhile the adults slept on the mattresses. Everything is on the floor. There are no chairs. You sit on the floor. After walking 20,000 steps each day, sometimes it is nice to just sit down but we had to lie down. Not a biggy - first world problems. The train station is near by so it was a very convenient location. Kasei Ueno station is about 15 mins away (walking). It’s got some nice shops and great food. Major artery for trains is there - we took a train from Narita to Kasei Ueno and the walk was about 15 mins.

Property was great except no hot water in kitchen sink so hard to wash dishes & no clothes rack to hang pants after washing. Other than that, room was great for a family of 5, separate room is also awesome if you have little kids that go to bed earlier!

I didn't have a great experience with this hotel. I paid for 8 nights and I left on the 2nd night. Staff are helpful but most of them can't speak English. Don't expect there are always someone at the counter. I had to go back for 3 times for checkout because there was no one at the reception desk. I also didn't know I could scan the barcode for checkout on my room door. Everyone can take the elevator without using the password. I moved to other hotel nearby and it required to enter password to take the elevator.

숙소는 정말 좋습니다. 청결하고 넓고 요리도 할 수 있으며 되게 조용합니다. 스태프분도 굉장히 친절합니다. 오에도 선이 바로 옆인데 저는 오에도선쪽에 가고싶은 카페들이 있어서 많이 이용했습니다. 우에노역이 걸어서 10분 정도라서 번화가 위주로 돌아보려는 분들도 나쁘지 않을 듯 합니다. 대신 주변에 음식점도 스키야 하나고 가까운 곳에 편의점은 있으나 물건이 별로 없습니다

這次是四天三夜的旅遊， 這次住的房型是踏踏米地板附床墊，對於有小小孩的人來說相當的安全放心。房間該有的都有，唯獨沒有烤箱覺得有一點點可惜，不過仍然住得相當的舒適。

入住時還好櫃臺有人在，協助之下才完成手續！房間內洗衣烘衣機太方便了，連洗衣精都有準備。 廚房工具洗碗精該有的都有..自己煮很方便！ 旁邊的商店街採買也方便，周邊400M內有2間超市！ 乾燥的東京..還好房間內也有加濕器（要自己加水）可以讓鼻子舒服一點.. 如太早到飯店，旁邊地鐵B1F A3出口有大型置物櫃可寄放行李箱。 就是住房期間要自己打掃（有一台吸塵器） 退房時在房門上拍照QR Code上傳即可很方便..！7-11商店那邊有電梯下地鐵站，大行李箱可以由那邊進出！

The location is good, but the room is too small for 3~4 peoples. Lack of soup or don bowl for ramen and don-rice. The bowls and plats are not enough for a proper dinning (only provide 3 set of bowl and plat for 3 persons). The bathroom is comfortable.

安靜舒適的房間
2大1小入住傳統四人房，空間大小非常剛好，房間和廚房沒有隔間，所以孩子睡覺時的光線會太亮，除之此外各項設備都很好，乾淨和舒適都很棒。我們試著想調整感應燈源遇到困難時，客服人員也馬上來幫我們處理。離各車站也都不遠，附近也有超市超商和商店街，吃東西很方便，下次會再考慮入住。

후기가 없어서 걱정했는데 깔끔하고 특별히 부족한 점 없이 무난하게 지내기 좋았어요. 다만 신오카치마치역이 관광지 다닐 땐 접근성이 별 메리트 없는 오에도선이라서 다음엔 위치를 더 신경써서 숙소를 잡아야겠어요.
