The room was too small for two people, not just the room itself, but the (twin?) bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great sushi place (Matsu Sushi on a nearby corner). Breakfast buffet was pretty good.

Breakfast was fantastic and well worth it everyday! Access to laundry proved very helpful on our trip. Being located right on top of Higashi-Shinjuku station was very convenient for getting around Tokyo. The room was small, but that was fine for us, since we used the hotel just as a place to sleep.

It was my first time in Japan, and staying at Sotetsu Fresa Inn helped make it a wonderful experience. The amenities were wonderful (laundry, take what you need toiletries) and the staff were so helpful when it came to forwarding my luggage. I would stay here again if I ever come back to the Tokyo area.

Great Hotel, very friendly staff, location is amazing, very close to Higashi Shinjuku station and the lines at that station take you to a lot of the popular places like central shinjuku, shibuya, ginza and connect to any other lines you’ll need too, 7/11, Lawsons and CoCo curry house are also very close! Great hotel will be staying here again on my next visit!

Accommodation and basic needs were met. Location was very convenient as it was very close to a train station. The only thing we did not like was the toilet, it had a sewer smell every time it was flushed and poor ventilation in the bathroom. Not sure if we want to come back here again.
