The location is excellent - as is the Happy Hour and the breakfast. Parking was downstairs and really convenient and for only 1500¥ a night. On the downside the rooms are quite cosy and so happy we are small people with small suitcases.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay in a Hollywood Twin Room. Good size room if you have 2 elementary year old kids. The free traditional buffet breakfast is one of the best all g with the Happy Hour Drinks. We also enjoyed the Onsen bath as well.

Front desk staffs are very nice and helpful, spa is very good, breakfast is average as repeated almost the same everyday, not much choice. The room is super small not the same as online picture. Room has some smell. Overall it’s good.

Great location (less than 3 minutes walk to Akabane Stn). Super clean. Good breakfast. Toiletries provided including pjs. All staff are friendly. Laundry on site 200 yen for washing and dryer is free. Lots of restaurants around the area. I would stay here again when I come back.
