We had an amazing stay! The property was beautiful, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, with thoughtful amenities like bathrobes, slippers, complimentary water, juice, and snacks—all included in the price. Breakfast was also free and included, which added great value to the stay. Overall, the attention to detail and the high standard of service made this experience exceptional. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was exceptionally clean and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. Room was a nice size compared to others in Japan. Def not cramped in. Bath was big and can lay down n im a big guy who didn’t feel squished in. Daily cleaning was amazing no matter how clean tried to leave room they topped it by organising my items lol great attention to detail. Location was a few min walk to train line and 3 stops to Tokyo station. Lawson, family mart across the rd and a supermarket next to station. Def be coming back again

Beautiful hotel & staff! Even w a language barrier every now & then everything was handled w care. Only complaint is the bed. It was two twins put together which was a little headache for me & my partner as we are both very tall. But love it! Can’t wait to come back

It was a good stay at The skM Tokyo Hotel. The room is well furnished, the bed is very comfortable. Location is outside of the usual tourist areas which is either a good or bad thing depending on your situation. Nonetheless a JR train station and a subway station is a 2-minute walk from the hotel, so it is convenient. Will definitely consider staying at the hotel again on my next visit to Tokyo.

One of my favorite hotel experience in Tokyo. Everything was absolutely perfect about this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and clean, the breakfast was nice and made us feel very welcome and good. Overall very pleasant experience!

Wir haben hier unsere Flitterwochen verbracht und waren von Tag eins direkt begeistert, dass Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist mehr als gut! Die Einrichtung war schön, alles war immer sauber, wir wurden jeden Tag gefragt wann wir das Starter Frühstück haben möchten und um wie viel Uhr das Zimmer gereinigt werden darf. Alleine das fanden wir persönlich top! So konnten wir jeden Tag individuell unseren Tag planen und mussten nicht Nacht starren Zeitfenstern das Zimmer verlassen. Unser Highlight war das Bad, es gab eine riesen Badewanne und eine tolle Dusche, ebenfalls wurden jeden Tag amenitys bereitgestellt oder man konnte zusätzliche Artikel umsonst über ein Tablet im Zimmer nach Ordern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder unter diesen Bedingungen Buchen.
