First of, the location is great, near all the restaurants. The hotel itself however, is a bit average. Overall, the place is clean and has laundry. The lobby was a let down and the room was kinda plain. For the price, I would try their other sister's hotels. I know others reviewers were not that happy about breakfast, but personally, I thought the breakfast was delicious with great service.

Very good hotel - room was cleaned daily, walking distance to transport, shopping and dining options as you walk outside your door. Laundry facilities were great whilst on holiday too.

Really nice hotel, clise to public transportation. In the upscale area of Ginza. Exceptioal staff. Breakfast was pedestrian at best but only negative thing I can say about the hotel.

We stayed 3 nights. Its a quirky hotel with cool tech amenities such as projector in the room and blutooth speaker in the shower. Room bigger then other hotels and we were able to open x2 large suitcases easily. Only issue we had was dj music from lobby area was heard from our 6th floor and the train line was across from hotel so you can hear 5am trains. Overall good stay and got spot.

I came from Royal Park in Osaka Midosuji then to this Royal Park Canvas and although the price is quite similar however i didn’t quite like this Canvas one. 1 thing I hate the most was how low the bed was, it was never mentioned on the advertisement that the bed was abnormally low, someone with mobility issue like me found it very challenging getting in and out of bed unfortunately. I also didn’t like how the TV was a projector and we had to set up everything ourselves, I prefer the old school TV. There is also no place to hang our towel in the shower. You basically have to go out naked to get your towel. Staffs were polite and helpful.. i just didn’t enjoy the hotel very much unfortunately. My dad also said the same thing, we wish there was more info especially about the bed being so low as it was very annoying for us.

Room: We stayed at 1015 with king bed for 6 nights. This is on the side facing the train track. We could hear trains but quickly became used to it. Could hear nothing from neighbours however. Room was well organized. New furnishings with overhead projector making for a fun movie night. Music in shower. Great shower head! Bed was hard for my taste but bearable if i slept on myside. Fun PJs provided. Large king bed by Japanese standards. As with most Japanese hotels you need to bring extra hangars. Wifi was 100 percent. There is a laundry room and ironing room. The lobby was cute. Food a bit basic and expensive but nothing more you can reasonably expect. Staff was great. DJ night was fun. I was not impressed by breakfast. LOCATION! Fantastic! Great places to eat close by. Check out ramen in alley ways. Subway was close. 7-11 across street. Shopping literally one block away. Loubiton, Gucci, Loewe, Falconeri, Intimissi… ginza six … the list goes on. Value for money proposition makes this place well worth it. I noticed doubles on my floor not so well laid out…. I’ll stay again

The Royal Park Canvas was in a great location next to the JR line so getting around was easy the hotel was clean and staff were very helpful would stay there again
