They were prompt with ordering me taxis when needed. The propery is only a few blocks away from the heart of Shinjuku with shopping, food and nightlife! Would stay again.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and delivered excellent customer service. The location was so convenient! While it’s in Shinjuku, it’s just outside the most active part of Shinjuku but close enough to walk to shopping and restaurants. There are also 2 train stations close by so we could avoid the big Shinjuku station if we wanted a more chill commute. There is also a Lawson, Family Mart, and a 7-11 on the same street/across the street or on the corner as well as a smaller Don Quijote within a short walk. Made our trip so much more enjoyable.
