This is a simple hotel that does simple right. It gave me the exact things i needed, which was simply a place to sleep peacefully and have a shower and washing machine. The place looked like it was still under construction on some floors and it smelled of fresh paint. The sleeping area was very quiet and clean.

Good spot for quick stay
Just stayed one night. Was arriving late but staff on the phone was helpful in getting me situated. Hotel was clean. Friendly reminder, don’t be “that guy” talking on their phone at midnight when everyone is trying to sleep.

Pros: About 10 min walk from Mita station, super clean, wide and comfy 1 person bed, easy self check-in. Cons: There is no lockers! You will have to constantly bring your valuables with you. The shared area is noisy (fan noise?) and has a sterile atmosphere. Not the place to meet other travelers.

田町駅から歩いてすぐのところにあり、施設に向かう途中の歩道橋から東京タワーが綺麗に見えました。歩道橋にもエレベーターがあり、スーツケースを転がしながらでも困りませんでした。すぐにコンビニもあり、スタバもあり、便利な場所に格安で泊まれて助かりました。 施設内は所狭しとスーツケースが並んでいますが、最低限の寝られるスペースがあり、衛生面は気にせず、音も気にすることなく、よく眠れました。トイレやシャワー室も普通に利用でき、地下にラウンジのスペースがあり、勉強したり、持ち込みの飲食もできて便利でした。 また機会があれば利用したいです。

場所早いが入り口がわかりにくい。 荷物置くところが各々で置くため　雑然としている。 シャワーや洗面台は綺麗。タオルは連泊者用のスペアが積んである。シャワー室は狭いが、上から落ちてくるシャワーとの切り替えがある。 ロッカーはない。 靴置き場に使い捨てのスリッパがある。
