"We were all very impressed with the place, for a huge property it was exceptionally clean everywhere and filled with everything you need. Bigger with some older style rooms, it gave a great feel for hide and seek. It provided a good base for all of us to hang out together whilst giving some space, great for games and a couple walks in the area. We really enjoyed our cold pond dips followed by warming up in the hot tub. This was already warmed up for us on arrival and lots of wood and starters...

"Very comfortable stay here, lovely spacious room (just a basic double) and good size bathroom. A little tired looking in areas however clean and comfortable, can’t fault it. Staff are friendly and helpful, excellent WiFi, plenty of parking. We ate evening meal, it was a Sunday so roast dinner and it was lovely. Varied menu for Mon to Sat, good choice and reasonable prices. Breakfast was varied and excellent quality. We will most definitely stay here again, great value for money."
