PĆ©simo, recepciĆ³n te ofertan algo y no lo cumplen , tuve que cancelar mi estadĆ­a y estando en sitio. No hay persona que te resuelva la situaciĆ³n con desparpajo te dicen asĆ­ es y hĆ”gale como quiera me llevo esto a decirles gracias . Me muevo a otro sitio por mis propios medios.

EL HOTEL ES UNA ESTAFA
Las fotografĆ­as que exponen en la pĆ”gina no son las correctas, no tuvieron la reservaciĆ³n y nos hicieron esperar para que pudiĆ©ramos entrar a instalarnos, pero en el Hotel de al lado del cual no hay fotos, la Gerente nunca dio la cara solo las camareras que no tienen idea de nada, la SeƱora de la recepciĆ³n dice que no sabe usar la computadora

Es un hotel muy diferente al que publican en lĆ­nea el personal administrativo es nefasto no tenĆ­an conocimiento de las reservaciones, nos querĆ­an cobrar mas de lo estipulado, argumentado los impuestos los cuales ya estaban considerados, la verdad es una lastima que se manejen de esa forma y lo peor es que no hay nadie encargado que te de la cara y mandan al personal de simpleza para que te atiendan.. Horrible lugar.

Hotel con mucho ruido, el hotel no tiene nada mas
Al estar a pie de carretera, hay mucho ruido de camiones, motos etc...el hotel no tiene nada mas que los cuartos, si quieres hacer uso de la alberca del hotel te cobran una tarifa por persona, a y solo hay desayunos y para ir a desayunar tambiƩn te cobran una tarifa aparte de los alimentos.

AL check in me llevaron al hotel de al lado para pasar la tarjeta, incĆ³modo! Habia un alacran en la habitaciĆ³n, esto se debe probablemente a que la puerta no cierra bien, estĆ” descuadrada, dejando mucho huecos por donde pasa tambien el ruido, que al encontrarse enfrente de la carretera, molesta toda la noche. Se debe considerar insonorizar este hotel ya que puertas y ventanas no aislan en lo absoluto.

Hotel caro solo por estar en lugar caro
Viaje familiar, mis expectativas del Hotel eran mayores por el precio pagado, demasiado ruidoso y a pie de carretera el efecto es mayor, apenas lo necesario en servicios, tele, toallas, jabor chiquito, cuartos pequeƱos, cobijas y colchon con mucho que desear, no hay agua caliente todo el dia y cuando hay es insuficiente para dos personas, precio caro que se pretende justificar por estar en un lugar caro como Valle de Bravo, hay peores, eso si, vale la mitad.

JamĆ”s atendieron el telĆ©fono, ni tampoco respondieron mi correo. Cero atenciĆ³n al cliente. No hay seƱalizacion para llegar y hay dos entradas sobre la carretera que complican entrar al estacionamiento. Hubo un incidente con una huĆ©sped borracha que gritaba como loca a las 3 de la maƱana y Nadie del hotel saliĆ³ a decirle algo. Realmente dejan MUCHO QUE DESEAR... Ya travĆ©s de Expedia no es garantĆ­a reservar. Tampoco les importa el cliente. Muy mal!

Funcional y bien ubicado
En general la atenciĆ³n buena pero nos generĆ³ incomodidad que no respetaron las condiciones de la habitaciĆ³n, nos dieron la que les quedaba, de dos camas individuales imposibles de juntar y la reservaciĆ³n se habrĆ­a hecho por una habitaciĆ³n de dos camas matrimoniales. Al final nos hicieron un pequeƱo ajuste en la tarifa, pero no fue lo esperado.
