Al llegar al lugar no querían respetar el precio ofertado en la app, adicional querían cobrar otros $120 de estacionamiento (en la página mencionan que se incluye) y querían cobrar un adicional de IVA al momento de solicitar la factura.

La atención de la Sra Cristina de la recepción fue inmejorable. Nos hizo sentir muy bien y nos ayudó gentilmente en dos asuntos. Mi única critica al hotel son los colchones que deben cambiarlos y el papel de baño que fue la cosa más corriente y delgada que existe.
