"No person to contact concerning, room, price, and charges. Paying to use a barbeque is the only way a care taker received renumeration. The eating and barbeque area was nice and we were allowed to use a gas stove. If you stay for a weekday for a low price it's ok. But for a holiday weekend or family I do not reccomend Muju Bakam Villa pension. Paid for 7 people, 5 could not make it, with no refund policy or flexability I was unable to change room. "It was extremely dirty everywhere except for the room which was ok. Barely adequate. The bar/kitchen area looked completely abandoned as though some disaster had hit the place and everyone had run away. The basement area, where we eventually found out we had to make breakfast with mouldy bread was disgusting. There was a large dead cockroach in the sink and the walls were crumbling.
