"Great hotel with a nice breakfast buffet. Went during the off season so was good value and very quiet. Staff super friendly. Some facilities seem a bit dated and bathrooms are the typical Japanese plastic-y bathroom, which wasn’t expected for the Hilton. But still recommend it! Onsen has two pools, and the outdoor pool has a great view. Was surprised there wasn’t an outdoor pool. Definitely better onsens in Hokkaido, though still nice to have the option."

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, but the problem is that the coating in the frying pan in the kitchen has been damaged for a long time. It was discovered last time but it seems that it has not been replaced, so I dare not use it. I hope it can be improved in the future。"

"Perfect Family Getaway at AYA Niseko ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our family of four, including two energetic kids (9 and 6), had an amazing stay at AYA Niseko during the low season. While many places in the surrounding area were closed, we actually loved the peaceful and quiet atmosphere. It gave us a chance to fully enjoy the tranquility of the area and take in the beautiful natural surroundings. We spent a lot of time walking and hiking up the mountains, which was a fun and adventurous way to keep the kids active. After a long day of exploring, relaxing in the hotel’s onsen was just what we needed to unwind. Our room was absolutely stunning—spacious, modern, and with all the comforts we could ask for. It really felt like a luxurious home away from home, which made our stay even more special. AYA Niseko was a perfect base for our family trip, and we would love to come back again!"
