"Kudos for all the staff, from the reception desk to the breakfast and room attendants. Giovanni, Daniel, Georgia, Aliseo, Boyet, Christopher, Christian, Jun, Jackie, Jen, Adriana. They were helplful and friendly right off the bat. The hotel itself is well kept and maintained. TV programs should have English translations. Bus trans, shopping and plaza are within walking distances. Lively @ night. Everybody walks."

But sofa bed was very poor; no comfort as the mattress has warn though and to say that you could feel the frame underneath is an understatement! Whilst the air conditioning in the accommodation was fab, the ants in the bathroom and running water that lurched from cold to boiling no so great when trying to wash. Also staff at the restaurant were on the rude side, and had to wait 20mins for the bill, having asked twice and the rest...

"Stayed beginning of August. AC was blowing warm air. Could not fall asleep till 12 in the night when it gets cooler outside. AC is very basic amenity that any hotel cannot go wrong. Mini fridge was not working. Carpets had dirt ingrained. Wifi disconnects intermittent. Owner did visit. He asked me to move to another room by paying extra amount. Did check that. But AC seems to be too old in all the rooms. He just asked to talk to the booking customer care instead of resolving himself. Did not...

"Let’s get the slight negatives out of the way first. 1) It’s a LONG way from the city and is over an hour on public transport. (2) the decor is slightly tired (3) The televisions can be on a little loud in the downstairs lounges. Other than that - ITS WONDERFUL! We enjoyed our stay, staff were friendly, it was reasonably priced and value for money.
