"We had a marvelous stay at the cottage! It is very warm and hospitable. The view of the loch is breathtaking! We walked to it nearly every day and even saw the northern lights! The cottage has everything you need for cooking. The beds are comfortable with ample pillows which was a huge bonus for us. The hosts are very attentive and checked up on us . It is within easy driving distance of many sites. Highly recommend!"

"We missed the turning as postcode didnt take us to the Bothie direct, but as soon as we saw the Laggan Lock sign right by the bus stop we never missed it. The place was easy to get the keys with the key code. The room its self was not like you see in the photos, which looks all cute and colourful.... and also not much room. "We never got an email with the code for the key safe. Contacted VRBO and was on hold for ages. I was given the phone number for the owner who we phoned and he contacted us back after some time. He gave us the code and was apologetic but still waiting for up date from yourselves. We got into the property some 2 hours late which wasn't a good start to our break. Communication had been good to this part. Accommodation suited us and great location. Would use again for a group of lads"

"I Was not told of remodel incomplete until two days prior to our reservation which made it impossible to reserve other accommodations. We had air mattresses on the beds. One bathroom had no door. Towels were found in washer and dryer so we had to finish with cycles so we could use them. We should receive refund of at least 50% on the $1,080.03 that was paid February 19, 2024 for the inconvenience this caused my family in an otherwise great trip to Scotland. Very unsatisfied with accommodations."
