"Nice hotel, I had to park on the street to find the missing valet. I asked at the front desk and they took care of it but I had to ask if that was a service they provided. Hotel over all is nice. If they are trying to make a real 5 star they need to vacuum the hallways more often. I noticed crap on my floor, in the elevator and on the main floor. I did only stay one night and I would absolutely return to the property. I only had the chance of trying the Japanese restaurant which is attached to the property. Excellent food. Expensive but excellent. Staff there were amazing. The room was very nice, no complaints what so ever. I guess the biggest thing for me was the lack of a valet, downtown Toronto is busy and can be overwhelming for someone not accustom to that type of environment."
