Our stay was made extra special by the wonderful service we always received from Senuri. She always greeted us wish a lovely smile and went above and beyond to accommodate our every question. She is truly the reason we had a great stay.

The male receptionist was quite rude and disrespectful. He muttered under his breath throughout the entire conversation and did not bother to make any eye contact whatsoever. Asked him two simple questions about the hotel, as it was my first time at Aloft, and his responses were dismissive and came across annoyed. It definitely left a negative first impression on my experience as I had just stepped into the hotel to receive my key card. They also charged me a $100 extra fee upon check in which I was not made aware of prior. Definitely will not be going back to this place.
