DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! This was the most unsafe, uncomfortable travel experience I have ever had! The room was completely unlocked, with access to anyone in the hallway of the floor. There were cameras everywhere inside the room. The MASTER KEYS for every unit were in our unit, just lying around. There was one full-sized bed that felt like concrete to sleep on; the sofa was in a shared space that again had a camera present. Check-in was supposed to be at 4; it took several phone calls to finally get a check-in information at 5. We actually ended up leaving because we felt so unsafe. The property actually told us in the initial message, "Do not bother security. They will not help you as you are not a resident". Do not risk your safety for a place to stay; there are plenty of other great locations in Toronto!

This was 1 one bed room unit as requested. Right downtown, walking distance to all the main attractions. Check in was done by phone, no issues, clear instructions. Undergroud parking was available for a full size pick-up truck.

A clean, welcoming environment. I loved that the decor made it feel like home, including candles, a fire pit and a pool table. The beds were so comfortable. The view was absolutely amazing.

The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. The location is perfect, situated close to all the main attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The room was spotless and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. Absolutely stellar stay! The room was impeccably clean and spotless, truly exceeding my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The host was highly responsive and addressed all my needs promptly. The location is fantastic, situated in a very nice area close to numerous bars and within walking distance to many attractions. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to other guests—it's a gem!
