Staying with a hockey team and their families can prove challenging at times. This was not one of those times. The staff were quick, kind, supportive and efficient. From check in to check out we were met with kindness and support. The breakfast staff worked hard to keep everything stocked and clean throughout the 3 days of our trip, thank you for that. Pool area was well maintained and towels were always available. We booked the meeting room to host a team dinner which was a great way to end our trip. The front desk staff did an excellent job of keeping the hotel quiet while still allowing the kids to be kids, we were pleasantly surprised by this. Lastly, Guy at the front desk worked wonders to move my family to a more comfortable room a couple hours after our arrival. This was no easy task in a completely sold out hotel with 6 teams staying in it. Thank you for your hospitality. We will continue to choose this property when travelling South.

Quiet for the most part but the building itself was VERY noisy at night. Stayed in the top floor and away from the elevator but noises outside made the night sleep really terrible. But overall, Staff were great and room was great. Super clean and bed was comfortable
