I was at a conference for 2 days, and they were good enough to store my luggage when I came the first morning before check-in, and through the second day after I had checked out in the morning. They don't have their own hotel parking. I ordered from the hotel restaurant, and had to go down to pick up the order - they don't do roomservice.

Check in was quick and easy. I had to pay for my 5 night stay upfront rather than at the end. That was fine. I stayed in a king bedroom premium facing south, 17th floor. City view was really neat, a 5 minute easy walk to 1 Dundas st. My room was very beautiful, clean and had a kitchen which was very useful. I asked for an extra blanket, which I received quickly. I was here in January. My room was cleaned immaculately and the front desk were absolutely stellar. I will stay here again. Lastly, as I was only flying out at 7pm, they were able to keep my luggage in a safe room until I finished with my day and then made my way homr. Excellent.

Love the old world charm, mixed with contemporary amenities. Bed great. Spacious room, just had some pluming issues like a bath that would stop up properly and a sink drain that was not working. Limited coffee options.

The room was lovely. Would have like another chair as one person had to sit on the bed. We did bring a noise machine thankfully- because being across the road from the emergency department meant a lot of ambulances with their sirens on. The bed was comfortable.
