Pretty sure we brought home bedbugs… condo is in need of some TLC for sure. Pull out sofa was so lopsided, my son had to sleep with his head at the foot of the bed. Dont say you have A/c if the building turns it off.

Property was good but due to bad management of property no one is really care about customers comfort level. During my last visit I paid a high fee for my 2 nights stay but when I entered in apartment I came to know that AC is not working which made my stay hell and no one bothered to fix this and tried to manage me through lame excuses. I am very disappointed because due to this I didn’t sleep for 2 nights which disturbed my official engagements schedule.

The apartment was great. Well equipped, clean and spacious. Excellent location for Union Station, convention ctr, entertainment and restaurants. It’s just the security team that isn’t that friendly or helpful. They might tell you you don’t have a reservation. It happened to 4 of us. You will have to call Expedia or whomever you booked with to have them send an email. Poor process. But the suites are great.

Property was spotless and communication was excellent with owner. Highly recommend staying here due to close proximity to attractions as well as restaurants. Most places are in walking distance and also close to subway too. My family and I had an excellent stay and building also had all day security and concierge service too.

This apartment was so clean and lovely. Perfect location and such a lovely big space. The pool is heated with a great view! It was a simple check in process with nice clear instructions, including the car parking instructions. We will definitely be staying again!

The biggest problem was that the blinds were broken and we weren’t able to make the room dark to sleep. We weren’t able to park on site. We weren’t able to access live television through the Rally app.
