We were very pleased with the unit we had. We felt safe, it was clean, had all amenities that we needed. There is a grocery store a few steps away from the main entrance. It is in the entertainment district so only a short walk to the theatres. Check in was easy and communications were good. We would recommend this facility and would return another time

The Estate Entertainment District in Toronto was a really nice place to stay. We were cordially greeted by the host. A tour was provided of the parking garage as well as the condo unit. The description of the unit was accurate and was able to accommodate four people as stated. The building had security at the main entrance. The unit itself was very clean, had a kitchen, as well as a washer and a dryer. Check-in and check-out were simple. The host was very prompt with responses to my questions.

They property didn’t have my correct contact information so prior to checking in I had yet to have contact with them, soon as I arrived I called them to say I was at property they immediately sent someone to property and booked me in and still gave me property at a earlier time no extra fees even though the lack of notice on my part was a inconvenience on there part I’m sure, they continued to accommodate us and were pleased to help. Will most definitely book again.

We ended up arriving 1 day too early and the hosts were super accommodating and made arrangements for us for the extra day within minutes! Finding the tiny entrance to the building next to Starbucks was confusing as a newbie to the area, but that's where the struggles ended. The entrance is secure with a guard at a desk. For extra $$, there's parking in the building (a hidden garage behind the building that the owners will give a key fob to). The place was absolutely gorgeous! A corner 2-bedroom property with beautiful views. Very clean with fresh linen provided. They charged a security deposit which was returned promptly after we left. The place is walking distance to everything (from the usual CN tower/aquarium area to shops and restaurants on the other side). There is a marketplace right next door to stock up on groceries very conveniently. We didn't get to cook much, but the place was fully equipped with cooking utensils and appliances. We will definitely stay here when visiting next time!
