Our experience exceeded my expectation. Although the property and rooms are quite old, the rooms were clean...including the bathroom. I recommend this hotel, but you MUST be aware of certain idiosyncrasies that could be a potential dealbreakers: The music from the nightclub is REALLY LOUD. It ends around 11 or so, and it wasn't a problem since I was in town for a concert at the Budweiser Stage 3 miles away. By the time we returned to our room, the club was closed and no more music. However, if you need to get to sleep early, THIS IS NOT THE HOTEL FOR YOU. The rooms are really small and very old. That was no problem since we were there for just one night. The air conditioner worked perfectly. The bathroom was clean. Again, this place exceeded my expectations, but buyer beware of the limitation.

Thisn is a rooming house. If you go expacting a bougie hotel look else where. The carpets are worn there are mysterious stains....but its right down town on queen, a good price and clean. Staff are friendly. Price is right.

They welcomed us very well, very friendly, we arrived very early and they kept our luggage for us until check-in time, so we could enjoy the city, excellent for getting around in the transport
