The staff were exceptionally helpful, we arrived early and they let us have early check in and even help ourselves to the breakfast from that morning. We even had a lift to the airport from Patricia when there wasn't a taxi available - super helpful! "The kitchen was poorly equipped. We had to buy several cooking items in order to cook. The furnishings were cheap and in poor condition. The curtains didn't close properly. The toilet seat in the down stairs toilet was broken and dangerous and the bedding was sub standard. There was a major bug problem with the screen on the main door broken.
