Die Verwalterin wohnt nebenan und ist immer ansprechbar. Kann man weiter empfehlen, es war ein schöner Urlaub."

"I would not recommend this property to anyone without a car. We could not find the reception area and found their limited hours unhelpful. Once we got in, the staff member was helpful and kind, but beware there is no FREE beach shuttle as listed prominently in the advertisement. I was not impressed with cleaning the apartment either."

We had to clean the small kitchen area before we left but a cleaning kit is supplied and it wasn’t really an issue,we also had to take our rubbish to the outside bins before we left. Lovely pool and good restaurants around the port. All in all good value for money."

The rooms were clean, newly renovated and bright with everything you need. The reception staff was most pleasant and able to converse in English which was greatly appreciated. "Well located small residence on residential street. Well kitted out - some May find ground floor a little dark - not us it was good to escape the sun! Easy access to port/ beach and for walk trails. Plenty restaurants within walking distance. Recommend beach at Le Racou and coastal walk from there to Collioure - a real gem!"

Great place to stay in Perpignan

"Fantastic hotel in Perpignan. Room was very spacious and clean. Reception and bar staff very helpful. Room top terrace was an added bonus on a sunny January afternoon. Could not fault the hotel and have stayed in many hotels at 3 times the price which fell short of what the Dali offered."
