Colaboradores muito atenciosos e educados.quarto 513 era bem confortável,amplo, ar condicionado perfeito, chuveiro ótimo. Televisão não funcionou depois de tentativas do pessoal do hotel em arrumar desistimos da tv. Secador de cabelo do quarto não funcionou mas a recepção formeceu outro.Café adequado com muita variedade.

Pior e mais caro hotel que ja paguei!
Caldeira para agua quente nao estava funcionando quando fizemos check-in. Nao nos informaram nada sobre isso, assim como para diversos outros hospedes. Mentiam o tempo todo de qie ja iria voltar, demorou 2 dias para voltar e nós dando banho de agua fria em.nosso filho pequeno de 2 anos. Ar condicionado virou uma.cachoeira dentro do quarto, comecou com barulho muito alto, disseram que enviariam um tecnico q nunca foi. Se negaram nos estornar as diárias. Funcionarios de extrema má vontade e com falta de preparo para estarem na recepção. Resumo: PRocurem OUTRO lugar para ficar!

La verdad que no quedamos muy conformes. No tenían lugar en el garage para el auto, tuvimos que pedir toallas y jabón que no habian en la habitación al llegar, entre otras cosas.

NÃO RECOMENDO - SÓ PROBLEMAS
Uma das piores experiências que já tive com hotel! Começou pelo check in (não encontravam a reserva mesmo com toda documentação, email de confirmação e código de reserva), fiquei mais de 30min esperando até resolveram com várias pessoas reclamando junto da água gelada, garagem e outros problemas). O hotel inteiro estava SEM água quente, tivemos que tomar banhos gelados! Quarto péssimo, lençol pela metade na cama de casal, banheiro sujo e minúsculo e frigobar com coisas deixadas pelo antigo hóspede! Garagem lotada, tivemos que deixar o carro na rua! Condições da cobertura péssimas e mal cuidadas, apenas a vista é linda! Café da manhã razoável mas algumas coisas como o bolo tinham gosto de velho! A jacuzzi é paga separadamente e super mal cuidado! O hotel ao todo é mal gerenciado e cuidado, as paredes do café da manhã pintadas pela metade , as luzes no corredor dos quartos as vezes não acendem , elevadores super demorados! Enfim, a estadia não foi conforme o esperado ! O hotel poderia ser muito bem pela localização dela e pela vista mas infelizmente está muito mal gerenciado , sem contar a recepção que não é capaz de resolver os problemas!

A pior hospedagem que já vi
Hotel oferece uma coisa e entrega outra, sala de jogos não existe, piscina com o deck todo solto, piscina suja, ambiente em reforma. café da manhã com pães velhos, frios meia boca, estacionamento é cobrado e vc não pode chegar depois das 23 que seu carro fica na rua. Aliás, mesmo no estacionamento o carro fica ao tempo. A pior hospedagem que já fiquei na minha vida, não volto nem que me dê cortesias de 1 mês.
