"The owners were friendly and welcoming and offered great advice and help. The property was in a very good condition with stunning views from the lower veranda and pool area. We were very happy with our stay, the only thing to catch us out is that we didn’t realise there was no internal access between the upper flat and the lower flat, which resulted in us only benefiting from the downstairs area as there was only 5 of us. But overall we were very happy here."

"This is quaintly described as a cottage on a hill but it was actually a very large villa in lovely grounds, with the most fantastic big pool with a glorious view, close to Pesaro and the motorway network, yet felt wonderfully remote! Lots of room for 10 (we were 6) and very secure and private with excellent air conditioning."

"Wir waren mit 25 Personen in dem tollen Haus in Fano. Da das Haus so viele tolle Möglichkeiten zum Zeitvertreib bietet, gab es die ersten Tage kaum den Drang, es zu verlassen. Besonders schön fanden wir den Pool, die Terrasse und die Tischtennisplatte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend und sehr wertschätzend. "Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean and a good location. The views were fantastic. Elisa was our contact and was super friendly and helpful. The only thing that could be improved from our perspective was the sofa or comfy seating. With 2 children under 10 who go to bed earlier than usual, we found the small 2 seater sofa extremely uncomfortable in the evenings. There was also wasn't enough comfortable seating for all 4 of us other than the sofa and plastic dining chairs....

Dinge die man vorher wissen sollte: - Vermieter / Check-In / Check Out: Matteo scheint nur ein Fantasiename zu sein. Eigentlich steckt hinter dem Inserat ein Hotel (Villa Rinalducci). An unserem Anreisetag sollten wir uns dort melden. Nach unserer Ankunft hat man dort aber nur unsere Ausweise eingescannt...

"Absolutely wonderful and helpful staff made our stay at The Hotel Savoy a very pleasant experience. Breakfast provided everything imaginable and was extremely cheap. The hotel is a one minute walk from the beach and just five minutes from the very quaint town centre. We will quite happily return to The Savoy, hopefully for a longer stay."

"This hotel is unique. Art everywhere. The building needs a little attention here and there but the Staff make the stay. Friendly, helpful and genuinely warm in their dealings with you. Food was a choice of a fish menu or a meat menu. With up to four courses different each night. (No pizza 😊) there are other restaurants nearby but you will miss the chance of lovely food. The wines are good value and from the local region. We’ve enjoyed our stay here and will look to come again"
