The hotel is old, run down and overpriced. Staff was pleasant but beyond that the rooms were dirty with spots on the pillow cases, linens and towels. I spilled some drink on the floor and when I dabbed it up with a paper towel it was black with dirt from the carpet. Needs a paint job as well. No elevator. Breakfast as minimal as possible. Look for a better place.

felt unsafe as there was daylight under the door, a rat or snake could of gotten in the room. Because of that you could hear alot of outside noise, our second room was full of spiders so my daughters moced to a different room. We move out after the first nite because of these issues. Asked for a refund and we were denied so forfieted $. Would definetly recommend against staying ther. Would like to get a return of my $ I spent for two rooms.

it was ok but i saw a big dead bug on the floor i have no idea what kind it was. also needs better lighting, had no bathroom paper at all thank god i had wipes in my bag. sheets needed to be cleaned had red marks on it.

It was not a Good stay at all. We had a resident next to us with large dog who was constantly barking. AND He appeared to be under the influence of drugs and or alcohol. The dog barked at almost every single sound. He looked like an attack dog not a pet. If this wasnt bad enough the resident upstairs appeared to be also under the influence and leering at the female guests, staff, and kids on or near the property. I understand if they live there but there has to be some type of decorum and behavior that should be expected from Hotel guests. Im beyond at a loss for words. If we hadnt just been up in Massachusetts visiting our son and were so EXHAUSTED i would've CANCELED and LEFT IMMEDIATELY from this property. I'm not asking for a Credit for another stay, I'm asking for a FULL AND COMPLETE REFUND OF MY STAY. BEFORE I GO ABOVE TO YOUR CORPORATE BOARD. Thank you, EXTREMELY UPSET, CPL. MATTHEW P.
