Nice comfortable stay, however, sewage problems with our room, that should have been checked and serviced before we checked in. Otherwise, everything was great!

This resort is amazing. It’s so very clean. Staff are really friendly and cannot do enough for you. Food is ok, my family has a few fussy eaters who stuck to the Italian restaurant most nights. Cocktails are plentiful and they will make whatever you want at the bar if you ask, although they did give us heart burn after too many!! Only downside was our air conditioning didn’t work in our room. We reported it at least 3 times but it was never fixed. My sons room next door was like an ice box. Luckily it wasn’t super hot at night so the ceiling fan did the job. Highly recommend this hotel. It’s beautiful!

"How about some hot water in the shower, is that so hard. And if you are going to have a restaurant how about you have a menu, not just a sheet of paper with three choices. Just so you know, not every one who. stays in your hotel speaks Arabic or French. Apparently you haven't heard, English is very ..."
