Well priced for what it is - recommend taking a few kitchen gadgets of your own (as most French tourists do) to ensure you have everything you need. Also bear in mind that most self catering apartments in France charge extra for bed linen, towels etc so ensure you check this and are prepared, or bring your own. "

"Das war unser erster Urlaub in Frankreich und die Wohnung von Estelle und Jean Luc ist ausgezeichnet und eine lohnende Reise. Estelle hat die Wohnung wundervoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Ein kleiner Balkon und eine großzügige Terasse bieten ausreichend Platz für jede Gelegenheit. Das ganze Objekt ist sehr gepflegt. Von hier hat man einen tollen Blick über die Bucht Mehrere Strände sind mit dem Auto in 5 -10 Minuten zu erreichen."

"Lovely house in a beautiful spot with magical views of the bay. Ground floor bedroom lovely but lacks privacy (see-through blind so we bought a covering to hang in the doorway). The house is situated on a very steep hill which means the garden is not usable for anything other than eating/ sitting/ sun-bathing on the deck. We had a great stay. Thank you. "

"Beautiful villa in a lovely location with the nearest town of Gien only a couple of minutes drive or a short 10 minute walk. Walking distance to beach too. Villa was very clean and offered plenty of space and the garden and pool was lovely with loungers, table and chairs for outdoor dining. Kitchen had all the basics you needed for a holiday and the bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious and one bathroom also had a bath. Social lounge area with TV. The only negative was the lack of WIFI. "info on the Hotel.com wasn't accurate. not much facilities available nearby. very isolated. nothing closely ie shops supermarket etc.no food available after 8pm. very small rooms not suitable for 4 adults. beds offered are very uncomfortable not suitable for adult.studio advertised for 4 sleep is far too small.misleading info. will not recommend at all very disappointing. we left the place after 3nights even though we paid for 10 nights in the accommodation. "We rent this apartment voor 5 times. 3 times it was Oke but The last two times it was a problem with getting the deposit back. The oner is not to be trust, So it is a wonderfull Place but don t rent it because there is most time trabbel over cleaning or missing things!"

"Pleased to find this property available as a last minute booking at the height of the summer season. I flew out for a meeting with loss adjusters following a leak at our property. Fantastic flat, spacious in a quiet location. Air con was a real plus! Only downside, I could not get the hob to work. Owner replied promptly any questions I had."

"L'appartement était sale, la balayette à toilette était pas exemple immonde. Il n'y avait pas assez de couette, ni assez d'oreiller pour tout le monde alors que l'appartement était pour 4. La douche était cassée. Les portes menaçaient de nous tomber dessus a tout moment. Du coup nous ne pouvions pas nous doucher. Du coup nous sommes partie 4 jours avant la fin du séjour. Nous avons contacté le propriétaire il n'a jamais répondu."
