A little more about Villa Port Cros

A beautiful two-storey family home on the seafront, delightfully nestled in a quiet, private garden just 2 minutes' walk from the harbour (but away from the noise of the restaurants!).

In typical Mediterranean charm, this house is set amidst nature with spacious, well-appointed rooms. The house is surrounded by terraces, sun loungers, and private garden paths. There is plenty of space to soak up the sun, play pétanque or enjoy a private outdoor shower 'au naturel'.

The house can be separated into two distinct living areas with their own respective entrances.

The ground floor has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, including two bedrooms with 160 cm beds and one bedroom with two 90 cm single beds. All the bedrooms in the main part of the house have en-suite bathrooms (walk-in shower, built-in wardrobes, washbasin and toilet). They are all decorated with quality light oak furniture and comfortable bedding changed in 2022 (sheets and mattresses). The master bedroom has air conditioning and a flat-screen TV with a brother printer.

Also on the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room with flat-screen TV, comfortable sofas with colourful cushions, a dining room with an oak wood table with matching benches for 10 people and a kitchen opening onto the dining room equipped with an oven, microwave, ceramic hob and dishwasher - in short, everything you need for a good meal.

The double-door, full-size fridge/freezer offers plenty of space to hold enough food for all guests and keep your drinks cool with the ice cube dispenser. You also have access to a second large fridge located in a small room behind the house.

The first floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a kitchen. One bedroom with a 160cm double bed and two sea-view balconies, and a second bedroom with two 90cm single beds and a sea-view window. The bathroom is shared with WC and walk-in shower.

The kitchen is also well equipped with modern conveniences, such as an oven, microwave, sink, dishwasher and fridge.

You can access the second floor via a staircase at the side of the house.

For the more adventurous an outdoor shower is located behind the villa to enjoy a rinse after a trip to the beach, and indulge in the simplicity of showering in the middle of nature.

Other information:
- Moorings (for boats up to 10m) are available on a first come, first served basis. Reservations for berths in the harbour are not available.
- There are also several buoys in the bay where you can moor. Fast boat transfer from buoy to shore can be arranged if required.
- No cars allowed on the island.
- No ATMs or banks on the island. Credit cards are accepted in cafés and restaurants. Cash only, at the local market.
- Access to the island by ferry available all year round around the port of Le Lavandou (35 minutes) or the port of Hyères (40 minutes).
